Broadhead Connection
Twenty-twenty marks the beginning of Broadhead Connection, but for me, it is the culmination of many life, business and hunting experiences. At the core is my obsessive passion for bowhunting. Through the last twenty something years, the intensity and desire to get out in the woods has only grown. The only thing better was sharing it with others. I am also meticulous by nature, so beyond sharing the love for the sport, I didn’t mind giving up my used gear to a friend, cousin, or even stranger for the excuse to research and eventually purchase something new.
Though the majority of my hunting experience has been chasing whitetails in Ohio, I have been fortunate enough to hunt elk here and there over the last ten years. It was two cases where broadheads didn’t hold up or didn’t penetrate on “a perfect shot” that really had me wanting to test more robust options. Since I couldn’t find any locally to borrow and didn’t want to chance a pricey purchase without knowing they were going to work, I spent the last year reading reviews, watching videos and abandoning shopping carts late into countless evenings.
From a business perspective, I had finished an MBA years ago but not used it to challenge and enable my entrepreneurial spirit. It was another one of those goals I wanted to someday execute.
Now fast forward to the spring of 2020. My passion, frustration and desire to truly provide a service transformed through some time off of work due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. While I wish it would have come any other way, I am glad that the time off to focus on this opportunity. It seemed the perfect time even in light of an unstable economy.
Lastly and most importantly, this would not be possible without the Lord’s blessings and the Family I am so lucky to have support me. My wife Julie is beyond supportive and we are all happy to help others with this service.
I hope you have enjoyed learning a little about us and how Broadhead Connection was founded. We look forward to providing you a great experience with the broadheads you may have been reading, drooling or dreaming about.
Sincerely,
Adam Link
