Some items may be “Out for Trial” but routinely return.

To ensure we can share this experience with as many customers as possible, please do not order multiples of the exact same broadhead. Your order will not be processed until you are contacted and an alternative broadhead is chosen.

To get the most out of this experience, please select a minimum of 3 different broadheads to trial.

Experience

After checkout and a prompt delivery, enjoy your shooting experience. We include tips for success so you can get the most out of the time you have with your broadheads of choice. Remember, this is your chance to see how they fly, group and penetrate (foam only please) compared to your expectations. Sharpen them up too! Remember, these are quality products expected to last. After the successful harvesting your game, sharpening is a critical need for ensuring quick harvests in the future.

Return

When you are finished, securely pack them in the prepaid return envelope and drop them off at you local United States Postal Service office within 10 days of receiving them.

Upon return, we inspect each broadhead and spin test them to ensure quality for our future customers.

This experience provides you the opportunity to trial premium broadheads for a fraction of the cost to purchase only two varieties outright. By testing several options and doing so with your own bowhunting equipment, you can buy your future broadheads with confidence!

Terms, Conditions, Fees

Terms and Conditions - Customer is the person who submitted order for selected broadheads. Broadheads will only be provided in quantity of one per unique size, weight or feature variant to ensure availability for other Customers. Customer and others provided consent by the Customer to utilize the received broadheads are responsible for safe handling of known sharp objects and responsible for any injury from handling broadheads provided by Broadhead Connection, LLC. Customer is provided broadheads for purpose of shooting into foam or similar target that is capable of stopping the broadheads before damage. Customer is responsible for replacement cost as indicated on each product page for any broadhead damaged beyond minor repair. This Customer liability exists where others are given consent to utilize the ordered broadheads. This liability for replacement fee is assessed by a Broadhead Connection LLC representative upon observation of physical damage upon return inspection. Said inspection is considerate of time to repair and significance of damage with respect to weight and flight. Intent or nature of how damage occurred ie…. destructive testing or target pass through, may both result in repair or replacement fee’s.

Broadhead Connection, LLC also requires Customer to authorize later credit card payment of fees, as defined and up to maximums below, where assessed within 30 days of delivery to the Customers shipping address.

Replacement Fee - Max. $50 per missing or damaged broadhead or case. Considers cost of broadhead replacement MSRP per head, shipping, handling, credit card, stocking, future customer delays and is clearly noted on each product page. Shipping case values assessed at $20 each. Damaged broadheads are those with objective difference in spin testing results between shipping to and receipt from customers. Where customer orders are not received within 20 days of delivery, complete order replacement is assumed. Losses beyond the order total will be charged to customer’s credit card of record.

Repair Fee - Max. $25 per broadhead. Considers labor to resharpen due to minor edge knicks or chatter. Repairs only performed where broadheads are certain to not have weight and balance significantly impacted to affect future customer use.

Late Fee - Flat $20 Fee. Assessed where return shipping notice is received more than 10 days after customer’s order delivery. This Fee is for returned orders. Where may be replaced by Replacement Fee for entire order if return delivery tracking confirmation is not received within 20 days of the customers receipt.

CC Fee - Max $5 per order. The fee equals the amount Broadhead Connection was charged by credit card processors per order up to a maximum of $5. Fee is only assessed where completed orders are later cancelled prior to order shipping.
